Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data SG Royal Work collects, why, and the rights you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Under that law, SG Royal Work is the “Data Fiduciary” and you are the “Data Principal”.
1. Who we are
SG Royal Work (owner: Shreenath Gaudani)
Phone / WhatsApp: +91 97129 78097
Email: Shreenathgaudani28@gmail.com
Website: sgroyalwork.com
2. The short version
- This website has no database, no login, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not store the details you type.
- When you use the enquiry form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
- We use your details only to answer you and to handle your order. We never sell or rent them.
3. What we collect and why
| When | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry form (sent by you through WhatsApp) | Name, mobile number, topic, message (optional) | To reply to your enquiry |
| WhatsApp chat, phone call or email | Whatever you choose to share – for an order: name, mobile number, delivery address, items ordered, payment confirmation | To give prices, take and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty, and keep the records that tax law requires |
| Visiting the website | Technical data that our hosting provider’s servers log automatically: IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time | To keep the website running and secure (for example, to block attacks) |
| Choosing a language | Your language choice, stored only in your own browser (see the Cookie Policy) | To show the site in your language next time |
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as Aadhaar or PAN numbers, card numbers, OTPs, PINs or passwords. We will never ask for an OTP, PIN or password.
4. Our legal basis
We process your data with your consent (DPDP Act, section 6) – for example, when you tick the consent box and send us a message – or for a legitimate use allowed by section 7, such as handling an order you placed with us or meeting a legal obligation (for example, keeping invoices for tax purposes).
5. Who we share data with
We share only what is needed for the purpose, with:
- WhatsApp (operated by Meta), which carries your messages, and Google (Gmail), if you email us;
- courier partners, who get your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order;
- banks and payment apps that process your payment;
- our website hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the technical logs described above;
- government authorities, police or courts, only when the law requires it.
These services may store data on servers outside India. Such transfers are allowed under the DPDP Act unless the Government restricts transfers to a particular country.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to answer you, and order details as long as needed to deliver, support and warranty the order. Records that the law requires us to keep (such as invoices under tax law, and the minimum one-year retention required by the DPDP Rules) are kept for the period the law sets. After that we delete the data.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time – it is as easy as giving it: send “STOP” or “Delete my data” on WhatsApp to +91 97129 78097, or email us. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before, and we may still keep records the law requires;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
- complain to us (see Grievances below).
To use any right, contact us from the same mobile number or email address you used with us, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 30 days.
8. Children
This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. If we learn that we have a child’s data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, has no database and stores no form data. It uses strict security settings that block third-party scripts. We take reasonable security measures to protect the chats and order records we keep. If a personal data breach ever affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
10. Grievances
Grievance Officer: Shreenath Gaudani – Shreenathgaudani28@gmail.com, +91 97129 78097.
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
11. Language
This policy is in English. If you would like it explained in Hindi, Gujarati or another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution, message us and we will help.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
