These terms apply when you use sgroyalwork.com or buy from SG Royal Work. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They do not reduce any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

2. Products and prices
- Products listed on this website are not sold on the website itself. You order through WhatsApp or phone.
- Before you pay, we tell you in the chat the total price with a breakdown – item price, taxes (if applicable) and delivery charges – and the delivery estimate. On request we also share the product’s country of origin, warranty terms and, for imported items, importer details.
- Product photos are for illustration. Colour, packaging or accessories may differ slightly. Please confirm in the chat that the product fits your vehicle model before buying – we are happy to help.
- Prices and availability can change until your order is confirmed.
3. Payment – protect yourself
- Pay only to the payment details we send from +91 97129 78097 or Shreenathgaudani28@gmail.com. If anyone else asks you to pay in our name, do not pay – tell us.
- We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or passwords.
4. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

5. Warranty
Where a product has a warranty, we tell you its period and terms before purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from wrong wiring or fitting, physical or water damage, or misuse.
6. Repair videos and safety
- Our videos and advice are general guidance only. Working on a vehicle can be dangerous. Use proper tools and safety gear, disconnect the battery where needed, and go to a qualified mechanic if you are unsure.
- Modifying a vehicle may break the law, affect insurance or void the manufacturer’s warranty. Check the Motor Vehicles Act and your local rules before any modification.
- Diagnostic tools must be used only on vehicles you own or are authorised to work on, and never to tamper with odometers, emission controls or safety systems.
- We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by following videos or advice without proper care.
7. Brands and trademarks
Brand names such as Honda, Hero, Bajaj and others are used only to describe which vehicles a product is designed for. SG Royal Work is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies. All trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Our content
The SG Royal Work name, logo, videos and original text belong to SG Royal Work. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product photos belong to their respective owners.
9. Using this website
Do not try to hack, overload, scrape or misuse this website, or use it for anything unlawful.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Complaints and disputes
Contact our Grievance Officer, Shreenath Gaudani (Shreenathgaudani28@gmail.com, +91 97129 78097). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or approach the Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
