Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping
- We ship within India through courier partners.
- Delivery charges and the expected dispatch and delivery time are told to you in the WhatsApp chat before you pay.
- Once dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp and we refund the full amount.
- After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled, but the return rules below apply.
- If we have to cancel your order (for example, the item is out of stock), we refund the full amount.
3. Damaged, wrong, defective or not-as-described items
If the item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, is defective, or does not match its description, we will replace it or give you a full refund, including delivery charges. We do not refuse a return or refund in these cases.
- Please tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage or a wrong item, and within the warranty period for a manufacturing defect.
- Send photos, or an unboxing video if you have one – this helps us resolve it faster.
- We arrange or pay for the return pickup in these cases.
4. Late delivery
If your order is not delivered within the time we confirmed (except for reasons beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters), you can cancel it and get a full refund.
5. Change of mind
If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We accept the return if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the item price once we receive and check it.
6. Not covered
Items damaged by wrong wiring or fitting, physical or water damage, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund, except where the law says otherwise.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method (UPI or bank account) within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
